Medical Waste Microwave Sterilization & Disinfection Disposal Equipment
The microwave disinfection treatment system is an integrated equipment designed to handle medical waste such as infectious, injurious, and pathological materials. It ensures the harmless disposal of medical waste through advanced microwave technology. The system features an integrated design with low energy consumption and fully automatic operation.
Core Technology: High-temperature microwave sterilization (wet heat sterilization). Microwave energy penetrates deep into the waste, releasing latent heat from steam to rapidly reach sterilization temperatures, effectively killing all microorganisms including bacterial spores.
Disinfection Process:
Medical waste is fed into the closed silo through an automatic feeding module with negative pressure to prevent overflow of harmful substances.
The crushing module reduces waste to small pieces (approx. 5cm) which then enter the spiral microwave disinfection chamber.
Waste is treated at 95ºC for 45 minutes using electromagnetic waves and high-temperature steam for ideal sterilization.
Sterilized residue is discharged via an automatic spiral system.
