The equipment utilizes high-pressure saturated steam sterilization technology, strictly adhering to high-temperature steam disinfection standards. Based on a horizontal, sealed tank structure, it ensures that high-pressure saturated steam evenly fills the tank's interior, deeply penetrating medical waste. This forces rapid denaturation and coagulation of microbial proteins, achieving a killing rate of over 99.99% for pathogenic microorganisms such as E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and hepatitis B virus.
It is capable of processing various types of solid medical waste (water content ≤80%), including disposable syringes, laboratory consumables, and animal medical waste. The tank uses thickened pressure-resistant materials and precision sealing technology to eliminate secondary pollution risks.
