These lead acid batteries are designed to have a large amount of stored current discharged between charging sessions, with very heavy non-porous battery plates to withstand repeated major discharging and charging cycles. The VRLA AGM battery uses innovation at the PAM additives and a slightly stronger electrolyte, featuring 30% higher cyclic life compared to standard ranges.

Q1. Can the battery be delivered by sea and air?
Yes, our batteries can be delivered both by sea and by air. We provide MSDS and test reports for safe transport as non-dangerous products.
Q2. Can I fast charge my battery?
Fast charging is not recommended as it is harmful to the battery's chemical structure and reduces overall life expectancy.
Q3. Can I do a partial replacement of my battery banks?
Partial battery replacement of lead acid battery banks is not recommended. Mixing new batteries with old ones can cause imbalances in charging and discharging.
Q4. What is the shelf life of VRLA batteries and how should they be maintained?
VRLA batteries have a self-discharge rate of less than 3% per month at 25°C. They should not be stored for more than 6 months without recharging. In hot climates, recharge every 3 months.
Q5. Why does the battery have different capacities at different hour rates?
Battery capacity is dependent on the discharge current. A lower discharge current (like a 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Ah than a high discharge current (like a 2-hr rate).
Q6. How is quality controlled during manufacturing?
We implement an ISO 9001 system including Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials, Production Quality Control (PQC) for in-process inspections, and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) for final testing.
