Product Overview: The TR-MWT Series Microwave Sterilization Integrated System is an advanced solution for the safe treatment of infectious, sharp, and specific pathological waste. Utilizing a synergistic combination of microwave irradiation and saturated steam, it achieves rapid, uniform, and thorough sterilization through both thermal and non-thermal effects.
The entire process (feeding, shredding, disinfection, discharging) is fully enclosed, operates under negative pressure, and is automatically controlled by a PLC, ensuring zero operator contact and preventing secondary pollution.

1. Manual loading into the sealed chamber. Shredding mechanism reduces waste into fine particles (approx. 20mm). Saturated steam and microwave activation begins.
2. Core temperature raises to ≥95°C for the set duration. Exhaust gas is purified via multi-stage HEPA, activated carbon, and UV photolysis filters.
3. After cooling and drying, treated residue is safely removed as general municipal waste. The process is fully enclosed and automated.
