This vertical steam sterilizer for medical waste is a highly efficient and compliant medical waste treatment device specifically designed for clinics, community hospitals, outpatient departments, small laboratories, and veterinary clinics. Based on saturated steam sterilization technology and a compact vertical design, the device precisely addresses the core needs of small facilities with limited space and low waste generation.
It enables on-site, rapid, and thorough sterilization of solid medical waste, effectively preventing the spread of pathogenic microorganisms at the source. The single processing cycle takes approximately 60-90 minutes, with automatic exhaust and drying functions that significantly reduce moisture content post-sterilization.

1. Feeding & Shredding: Medical waste is fed into the sterilizer where the shredding system breaks it into small particles.
2. Sterilization: A pre-vacuum method purges air, followed by the introduction of high-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam.
3. Discharge: Post-treatment vacuum removes remaining air, and sterilized waste is removed, now safe to be treated as ordinary household waste.
