Production plans are finalized around the 25th of each month. Standard delivery for typical wheelchair products is approximately 30 days after receiving the deposit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept T/T payments, requiring a 30% deposit with the balance payable against copies of exporting documents.
How can I obtain product samples?
Samples are available for parts in stock under EXW terms. Customers are responsible for sample and freight costs, typically delivered via express (DHL/FedEx) within 3-10 days.
What is your after-sales warranty policy?
Every product includes a one-year warranty. Damage or failures due to manufacturing issues within this period qualify for free spare parts and technical guidance. Technical support remains free even after the warranty period.
