Raw materials for medical protective clothing: Currently, the main raw materials for disposable medical protective clothing are SMS non-woven fabrics featuring three protections (waterproof, anti-blood, oil-proof), alongside antistatic and antibacterial finishing.
The three major fibers produced by nonwovens are polypropylene, polyester, and viscose fibers. Disposable medical protective clothing is mostly made of composite non-woven fabric with a polyethylene breathable film.
The Melt Flow Index Tester is designed to evaluate the flowability of thermoplastic polymers under high temperatures, including polyethylene, polypropylene, POM, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon fluorine, and other plastic polymers.
Application:
This equipment measures the melt-mass flow rate (MFR) and melt-volume flow rate (MVR). It features automatic temperature control and three blanking methods: manual, timing, and automatic control, catering to various testing requirements for thermoplastic materials.
