CET RF (Capacitive Electric Transfer)

Capacitive Electric Transfer (CET) is a method that allows the RF electrical current to be transferred "by capacity" to the patient's body via a moveable external application electrode. This is covered with an insulating film which acts as dielectric and the body acts as a second plate of the capacitor. The electric circulation through the resistive medium formed by the live tissues increases its temperature.

RET RF (Resistive Electric Transfer)

Thermal energy RET wave can penetrate directly into the deep subcutaneous adipose tissue (DSA) to a depth of 1-6 cm. It can make molecular cells generate strong rotating resonance (24.5 million times per second), causing intense collision among cells and liquefying fat while accelerating the cycle of deep layer blood capillary and lymphatic tissue.

Key Advantages
Tecar Advantage 1
Tecar Advantage 2
  • Double Frequencies: 300KHZ and 450KHZ ensure real differences between deep (RET) and shallow (CET) therapy. Penetration can reach up to 10CM.
  • High Power: Maximum power of 300W (practical 250W) ensures high-quality internal component performance compared to standard 80W products.
  • Patent Appearance: Unique, professional design for modern clinics.
  • Handle Diversification: Optional double 80MM handles for better operational flexibility and enhanced results.
  • Large Touch Screen: 10.4-inch LED interface for intuitive control.
Therapeutic Functions
Tecar Function 1
Tecar Function 2
Main Benefits:

Muscle Relaxation: Precise Targeted Radiofrequency causes immediate relaxation of hypertonic muscle fibers via vasodilation.

Tissue Regeneration: Improved metabolism leads to faster healing of soft tissues and reabsorption of post-injury haematomas.

Edema Reduction: Increased local blood perfusion and lymphatic drainage effectively reduce swelling.

Pain Relief: Results from the combined effects of muscle relaxation, regeneration, and reduced edema.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the main difference between CET and RET RF?
CET (Capacitive) focuses on tissues with high water content like muscles, while RET (Resistive) penetrates deeper into tissues with higher resistance, such as bones, tendons, and deep fat.
2. How deep can the energy penetrate?
Thanks to the 300KHZ and 450KHZ frequencies, the RET mode can achieve a penetration depth of up to 10CM without significant energy loss.
3. Is the treatment painful?
No, Tecar therapy is a non-invasive treatment. Patients usually feel a pleasant warm sensation, and it is specifically designed for pain relief and muscle relaxation.
4. What are the clinical applications for this device?
It is widely used for physical therapy, rehabilitation, muscle injury recovery, edema reduction, and chronic pain management.
5. Does the machine come with different handle sizes?
Yes, the system supports handle diversification, including an optional double 80MM handle for better flexibility during large-area physiotherapy.
6. Is the screen easy to operate?
Yes, the device features a large 10.4-inch LED touch screen with a user-friendly interface for precise therapy adjustment.
