What's your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 1 pc for sample items and 500 pcs for bulk orders.
Can I put my design logo on the items?
Sure, we can print your logo on our designs or any items using Heat transfer stamping, Silicon printing, Rubber printing, Embroidery, Sewing, or Washing labels. Please provide the logo in a vector AI file.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services. We also offer free product design, packaging design, and QC services.
What is your delivery time?
Depending on quantity and method: 3-5 work days for stock items, 15-25 days for adding logos to stock, and 25-35 days for fully customized items (custom size, color, or material).
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms include T/T, PayPal, Western Union, and Credit Card.
